I was waiting for this great battle and I never really croygon it. I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed The Lord of the Rings. The Singing follows the separate journeys of Maerad and Cadvan, and their brother Hem, as they desperately seek each other in an increasingly battle-torn land. The epilogue wraps up a lot, but not in the immediate way that the rest of the story is told, and I wasn’t ready for that yet.
